 Generational Grace is a supportive, grounded circle for parents and caregivers who want to show up with more presence, compassion, and emotional steadiness — for their children, parents and themselves.

Through gentle somatic grounding and a guided tea ritual, you’ll learn to “listen in” to what your body is asking for—then create a custom herbal tea blend to support that intention.
