Our membership based payment model is an innovative replacement to the high costs of alternative health care not covered by traditional health insurance.
Our integrative health practice provides access to alternative care treatments in a simple, affordable flat rate fee-per-service. No monthly minimum service is required.
Our inclusive plan means we strive to incorporate a working relationship between providers and practitioners where multiple modalities can be utilized safely for each patient.

We spend our first hour listening as you describe your pain symptoms, lifestyle, and work demands through our detailed assessment inquiry. We then create a custom plan that works for you.
Our Care Coordinators create a detailed plan of Specific and Targeted Treatments that meet your unique needs, so you can get your life back on track and thrive.
We work as a team with you and all practitioners in your care plan to ensure that we are meeting your health and wellness goals in a safe, effective and timely manner.
