While most events stop at vendor booths and a stage, this one goes further — bold mental health panels tackling topics the industry typically avoids, a fitness competition with Wheelchair and Open Pride divisions built in from day one, a giving campaign woven into every ticket sale, and free community resources like Narcan training and CPR. Two programs stand out as true differentiators: the Vendor Success Studio, a free three-session business education series that helps vendors actually grow their businesses — not just show up and hope — and the VIP Networking Event, an invitation-only evening at Hotel Polaris connecting vendors, sponsors, and speakers in a setting designed for real relationship-building. No other health and fitness expo in the region is building infrastructure like this around the people who make it happen. Sandi’s coaching background and military community roots set a different standard: the question is never “what do other expos do?” — it’s “what does this community actually need?”

The Expo’s giving campaign benefiting the Suicide Prevention Partnership is personal. Sandi has navigated family experiences with suicide attempts and PTSD, and has lost military friends to suicide.
